  • I am so amazed with the progress of San Carlos City under your governance yet so unhappy with what has happened to my family having inherited a very big agricultural land in The city. My grandfather once bought the said land and because of sudden ailment he died without parting it to his children not even a last will...The land was even forgotten by us because of so busy life here in some part of Negros Occidental..It's just now or last year that my family rediscovered the land title and we managed to pay land tax and just in time to have it forfeited with the government if we havent found out about it and also we have heard out that the former owner are the ones who are using it and having it ariendo to other planters .it was so unfair that they have it kept everything from us . one good thing is that our grandfather have it titled as soon as he bought the land from the former owner For so many unexplainable reasons the title was hidden from us until my mom found it out recently...In other words, we are now claiming the land and we are planning to have it sold later for the family. We have received threats from the X-owners that they will have us killed if we pursue to have it! ...greed as what I call them! For so many sumptuous years they have gained from using our land that they did not even shared even a single centavo still they want it more! I have heard that they're a rebel returnees..? Meaning to say San Carlos City is still not a good plac e to stay, nor a safe place to live in and they are being tolerated to bring powerful long arms without fear! Please help us!!! Our lant is near the airport .
