Farm-to-market Road 1069 is about 21 miles long and roughly parallels SH 35 from Rockport to Aransas Pass. In Rockport, FM 1069 starts at State Loop 70, then crosses Business SH 35 and State Highway 35 before turning southwest. It crosses SH 188, SH 35 again, and SH 361 in Ingleside. It curves to the east, then when it meets FM 2725, it turns south until the pavement ends.
