This is a compressed diamond service interchange between Interstate 64 and U.S. Route 219 (Jefferson Street North) in Lewisburg, West Virginia. The interchange was constructed in the late 1960s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built, after opening in 1971. The ramp terminals are signalized.
