This is a tight diamond service interchange between Interstate 64 and County Route 60/14 (Harts Run Road) in White Sulphur Springs near Harts Run, West Virginia. The interchange is less than 500' south of U.S. Route 60 (Midland Trail East). The interchange was constructed in the late 1960s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built, after opening in 1971. The ramp terminals are signalized.
