Howarth Park. This has hiking trails, a quaint little stream, and about a quarter mile of rocky beach. In summer, it is a good place for sunbathing and dog walking, in the winter it's a good place to go and watch a sunset on the Tower (a railroad bridge over the rail line that goes to the Naval Station)
