In operation since 1967, Station Boothbay Harbor patrols the area from Cape Small to Port Clyde and includes the Kennebec, Sheepscot, Damariscotta, Johns and St. George Rivers.

The station is home to 47ft Motor Lifeboat 47286 and the 25ft Marine Protector Class Boats 25522 & 25706.
