Impact is a village in Taylor County, Texas, United States. The population was 35 at the 2010 census.
A town founded by a local landowner as essentially a means to capitalize on a lack of legal alcohol sales in the area, Impact remained the only community in Taylor County in which liquor sales were permitted until 1978 when neighboring Abilene became wholly "wet". With a 2000 population of 35, Impact is one of the least populated incorporated communities in the state of Texas.
