Built during 1904-1907 on portions of the former Wellington Gardens, Amerchand Mansion, formerly the Currimbhoy Mansion, once housed offices of the military during World War II. Presently houses offices of Jet Air, Protiviti(Independant Risk Consultants on Level-2), Dr. L.H. Hiranandani's ENT Clinic, Soma Shop Furnishings and Garments , BefitZone Gym, Bank of Indonesia and Golden Gate

The building is listed by the Bombay Heritage Committee as a heritage building
