Low mountain range in eastern Panama (Darién Province). It is situated entirely within Darién National Park and contains one of the largest areas of intact rainforest in Panama. The Serranía is one of the most biodiverse areas on the planet, holding several hundred bird species, Tapirs, Jaguars, etc. The Pirre Warbler is endemic to this mountain range.
