The Gemini-Titan 2 Rocket stands at 110 feet and in 2001 underwent a $2 million restoration.
The rockets were originally made for the Air Force in 1961 to carry nuclear warheads, but NASA used the same kind of rockets to shoot astronauts into space. The park's two rockets were never used by NASA and were donated for display for the 1964 Worlds Fair.
