5-story office building originally completed around 1880. It is L-shaped, wrapping around the corner building, with facades on both William and Beekman Streets. On William Street, the ground floor houses a restaurant, with wood and glass infill and a large canopy above. The upper floors are clad in red-painted brick, although the lower areas have been parged over, but painted the same shade. There are four bays of windows with white stone sills and lintels; the two center windows on the 2nd floor are taller than the outer ones. The facade is crowned by a projecting, white, modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Dante's Gourmet Foods.

The Beekman Street elevation is also clad in red-painted brick, five bays wide. The ground floor retains its white-painted cast-iron outer columns, narrow pilasters, and cornice, but the infill has been altered numerous times. It is currently stuccoed and painted the same shade as above, with an Art-Deco style metal-and-glass doorway and window. The left two bays have grilles and vents, and a small service door at the far left. The windows on the upper floors have the same white stone sills and lintels as seen on William Street, but the rightmost bay was filled in when an elevator was installed. This facade is also topped by a white metal roof cornice that is missing a few of its modillions in the center.
