5-story Italianate residential building completed sometime around 1880 as a commercial building. Throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries, it housed a variety of printers and plumbers. The ground floor has been significantly altered; it now is faced in smooth stucco, painted pink, with large storefront windows and a metal cornice above an awning that wraps around both sides. The recessed entrance to the upper floors is at the left side of the Beekman Street elevation, with a small set of steps and a small rounded canopy.

The upper floors are clad in white brick, with five bays of segmental-arched windows on Beekman Street, and three bays on William Street. All the windows have iron sills and molded iron lintels, painted green. Both facades are crowned by a corbelled and dentiled brick cornice below a green metal roof cornice. A black iron fire escape runs down the left two bays of the William Street facade. The ground floor is occupied by Panini & Co. restaurant.
