Site of a former Dry Ski Slope where you go and practice falling over before going on an expensive skiing holiday and doing it for real. It was built on a heap of old coal gas waste in the early 1980;s. Attempts to redevelop the site after the ski slope became unprofitable ran into the massive decontamination problem.
