military, Minuteman, invisible, do not draw title, intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM)

An arrangement of 10 LGM-30G Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Launch Facilities and a single Launch Control Facility, Kilo is one of five missile flights manned by the men and women of the 742nd Missile Squadron, 91st Missile Wing. The 91st MW was activated on June 25, 1968 at Minot Air Force Base outside of Minot, North Dakota and is presently stationed there today. Minot is one of three Air Force Bases today that operate the Minuteman III ICBM as part of America's nuclear arsenal. The Minuteman missiles will likely be upgraded at some point in the near future to extend their operational service life.
