The original terminal was built in May, 1968, and is outlined by the polygon.

There are some ongoing renovations to the airport. The new Concourse A opened on the 40th anniversary of the terminal. Currently, only the west side is open; the east will open once the old Concourse A is completely demolished.

The new Concourse C opened on November 5, 2008. As with Concourse A, the west side gates will open once the former concourse is completely torn down.

Concourse B was demolished in June 2009, and construction will begin on the new Concourse B in 2013.
