Dale Mabry Field was an airfeld located where Tallahassee Community College and Messer Park are located presently. The polygon shows where the runways were. The north-south runway almost ran parallel to present-day Appleyard Drive.

The field closed in 1961 with the opening of what's now Tallahassee Regional Airport.

In the Messer fields parking lot, you can still see a large section of the original runway. The cracks in the pavement run parallel to the diagonal runway direction.
