A long vacant property and one of the oldest buildings in downtown Dallas. It's been spared demolition several times and was originally built in 1907 (opened 1908) as Dallas High School. In 1916-1917 it briefly became Main High School, then became Bryan Street High School until 1928. After that, it was converted into a technical high school called Dallas Technical High School until 1942, when it was renamed as Crozier Technical High School. In 1975, it became Business and Management Magnet Center, which closed in 1995. Several additional buildings later added onto the property were torn down soon after closure. Today, the building sits vacant, having avoided demolition several times, and waiting for a redevelopment.

  • The lawn to the northeast was the rest of Crozier Tech. They tore down the other buildings in the late 1990s after the school closed.
