This is one of a franchised chain of "Jellystone Park" locations, RV parks usually paired with a small waterpark and other amenities. These things are usually off of highways, and it's true that the north roads intersect directly with Highway 290, but it's a way off, and there's no big signage from the freeway directing you to this location. Compounding this is that Betka Road intersects with 290, but it's discontinuous from the Betka Road here.
