About Ptr. Vic Balingcongan

Pastor Vic joined the Pastoral Staff of ACCF on April 2000. He is currently the resident pastor of ACCF in Cainta working side-by-side with his supportive wife Sis Sally.

Their faith in the Lord and their passion to worship Him
is the key that helped them minister to the hearts of the
brethren in Cainta.
