  Developed by V.V. Soliven Group of Companies formerly V.V. Soliven Realty and Associates (VVSRA) which was established by young realtors Victorio and Purita Soliven in 1965. The enterprise initially sold subdivisions owned by reputable developers and landowners. In 1972, a new economic order was implemented in the country. Notable within that year was the expansion of housing facilities due to the pressing demand from the middle class. Solid Builders, Inc. (SBI) was then formed in 1973 to meet the need for mass housing construction. Within that same year, Pasig Green Park Village Project (180 hectares) was opened. Today,Pasig Green Park Village measures approximately 7 hectares with 48 streets and more than a thousand home owners. The subdivision is near Eastwood Plaza, Tiendesitas, Sta, Lucia Mall, Robinson's East, LRT Santolan Station, SM Marikina and soon to rise Ayala Mall Feliz.
