This was the residence of the late Archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin (August 31, 1928–June 21, 2005). Now it is a popular venue for weddings.
They have two churches inside the compound. There is a small chapel (no aircon) and one bigger chapel (with aircon). They only allow 2 weddings per day. One in the morning between 9 to 11AM and one in the afternoon between 2 to 4PM.
