Built in 1928 the United Office Building is a 20-story building designed in the Art Deco style and has a unique Mayan Revival Ornamentation and uses five shades of brick that gradually lighten towards the top.
The building was repurposed and renovated in 2008 and now is a combination office building, hotel and condominium.
