Constructed from 1957-1960 as part of the Niagara Power Project, a pair of twin 46ft wide by 66ft high water conduits channel up to 375,000 gallons per second beneath the city of Niagara Falls, NY from their intakes on the Niagara River to the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant's storage forebay.
