Water pipeline connecting from reservoirs in the cascade foothills to the now buried Horizon View reservoir in Lake Forest Park. There are multiple pipes along most the length which are buried in most places except at several river crossings where the pipes can be seen. A recreational trails follow a large portion of the right of way open to walkers, bikers and horseback.
