Sunwood is a community of 237 homes originally built in 1976 by William Lyon Homes. Well known in Orange County, California for its annual Garage Sale/Street Faire often consisting of more than 200 participants. It draws bargain hunters from San Diego to Ventura hunting for that special deal.
