Built in 1926 with the voluntary work of Vratsa tourists. Over the years to this day, it has had many different functions. Holding general meetings of the tourist association, for overnight stay of tourists and many other entertainments. In 2005 the hut was almost burnt down by a fire that broke out in one of the rooms used as a tavern, but on November 9, 2006 the building was reopened after a large-scale reconstruction. Many vigilant citizens of Vratsa and funds from the municipality of Vratsa helped her to recover. On one of the floors there is a small nice confectionery, and on the other there is an exhibition with photos, arranged by the Regional History Museum, telling about the history of the Vratsa tourist movement.
