The Olenya Bay naval base has been the home of Delta III- and Delta IV-class SSBNs, as well as nuclear-powered submarines of the Yankee-class. A Malina-class submarine service ship has also operated out of Olenya Bay. As of 1999, Olenya Bay serves three Project 1910 Uniform-class mini submarines, the AS-15, AS-16, and AS-17.
