Home to the Kolaskaya Flottila (Kola Peninsula Fleet)

Polyarny (Поля́рный : English "Polar") is a closed town in Murmansk Oblast, Russia, situated on the outermost western side of the Murmansk Fjord. The naval base is laid out on the shore of Ekaterininskiy Harbour facing the island to the north of the same name.
