  • Dear Sir /Madam i sorry to say but the standard chartered service and employees are very worst, the worst bank, in terms to give response to the cutomers. i have been cheated by the standard chartered bank employees clifton branch karachi (miss Ramsha),She cheated and decieved me by gave misinformation and mis guidance about the product. now i am in situiation i cant trust any body, and i want serious action againt her and her manager. she gave me misinformation about sarmaya plus bonds that there is 13% return interest on them and bought but when intrest was deposited in my account it was just 5%. i strongly request to take serious action.
  • Dear sir/Madam.The nomenclature of standard chartered Bank is a stark misnomer.The standard is on rapid decline and on the verge of total collapse and destruction. unfortunately I obtained loan for house repair/renovation in 2005 and regularly paid monthly installments for 5-years from union Bank merged with you and Bank in 2006 and since then I am going from pillar to post to meet some one responsible to settle my account with him in your Bank.During the times of union Bank they used to send me loan installement schedule in the month of may every year for the succeeding year,but after merger with your Bank every thing made amiss and i have yet to receive even intimation from your Bank despite a full pledged branch in Peshawar.Consequently the markup on my account has swelled up enormously due to the slackness and lethargy of the concerned defaulting staff.I reserve the right to proceed against the defaulting staff.In the mean time i request you to conduct inquiry into the perfunctory behavior of the concerned staff and send me my statement of account {only principal amount and not the mark up which accrued on my account due to the irresponsible attitude of your staff .I am eagerly and anxiously waiting for an early response from your end together with an appropriate action against the defaulting staff at your earliest convenience.   • Dear Sir /Madam i sorry to say but the standard chartered service and employees are very worst, the worst bank, in terms to give response to the cutomers.I want to complain of your office staff and services they are very slow and lazy no emergency work has been done in your Bank i was trying for my new A T M card which was stolen by sum 1.ill request that plz issue new A T M as soon as possible but no Implement will be done approximately 3 weeks before i have applied but still i didn’t receive. no person will talk responsibly in your bank every 1 doing as temporary job there. I hope you will take strict action on your office staff . Many times i have communicate with your office staff and told them my problem but unfortunately no action will be taken in this regard that why I notify you i strongly request to take serious action.

  • The Standard Chartered Bank used to work as one of the best bank but now its going down , the service is so poor, I would suggest that the management should take care of the clients and make policies to provide good feeling between the customer specially for the consumer sector. There is no such relief for the client who wants to pay off their outstanding loan or credit cards payment in reasonable duration like if someone agree to pay as per the bank agreed amount but in 12 months but the bank staff does not cooperate in this regards to atleast give chance to the customer who wants to pay back whole principal amount but they said you have to pay total amount in 6 months only, in this way customer who wants to pay back unable to pay back. The bank should show the flexibility in the policy for the customer who wants to pay back the required principal full amount but need little longer pay back period like 12 months instead of 6 months. The bank loosing money in this way and customer as well.
