The Houston Dow Center, was home to the Dow Design and Construction, Dow Polypropylene Resins, Dow Polyolefins and Elastomers, and Hydrocarbons & Energy businesses, but relocated to the Energy Corridor in 2008 (the facility was 29 years old at the time) In November 2009, a demo permit was acquired...and it's gone.
