Our vision for Barnwell is for every citizen to live well through liberty, prosperity, community, and equality. With this in mind, our mission is clear: With the leadership of the council, staff, businesses and community, Barnwell will plan for the future through community and economic development, fiscal responsibility, growth management, and investment of dependable services and in the quality of life of all citizens.

City Council meetings occur on the first Monday of every month at 6:30 pm. If the first Monday is a holiday, meetings will be held on the second Monday of the month. For minutes of meetings , please call city hall.
