Westcott House was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1906 and was constructed in 1908. It's named after the Westcott family, who commissioned the home.

It's the only Prairie Style Wright house in Ohio, but for many years it was a forgotten piece of architectural history. The Westcotts died in the 1920s, and by the 1940s, the interior of the house was renovated into apartments.

Westcott House was restored by the Westcott House Foundation beginning in 2000, and it was opened to the public as a museum in 2005.
