The fence that borders both Rt. 322 and PennDOT is covered with a large and colorful mural/facade that depicts many scenes from Meadville and Crawford County. It is constructed completely of cut, bent, and manipulated road signs that are no longer in service. It was constructed by art students at Allegheny College. One of many notable features is the large road sign flower that exists on the corner of the intersection.
