The UPRR Hinkle Locomotive Shop is one of Union Pacific Railroad's system locomotive shops. Periodic maintenance, light repairs and light accident damage are performed at Hinkle. Main alternator/generator replacement is the most labor-intensive and extensive procedure conducted at the Hinkle Shop.
