5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in the 1880s. Above a modern ground-level storefront, it is clad in dark red brick. The windows have stone sills and lintels with metal cornices, and an iron fire escape runs down the center bay of windows. The building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice with panels in the fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Paradise Market Place.
