This used to be a Mobil (Dennis Mobil Services Center), demolished several years ago, but in 2014 it was rebuilt as a Pollo Tropical pad, a grilled chicken chain from the Florida area. Sadly, it did not last long, only operating from December 2014 to April 2017. In early 2019, it was reopened as Taco Cabana (owned by the same parent company) but it closed in January 2020.
