This was originally the site of a Sam's Club (opened early 1993) and became a small-business concept (Sam's Club Business Center) in 2008, which eliminated several consumer categories (optical, pharmacy, jewelry, apparel, tire and seasonal) in favor of expanded food and business-related options. It closed in 2010 and was torn down for an apartment complex soon after.
