Pennzoil Place is a pair of 36-story office buildings located at 711 Louisiana Street and 700 Milam Street in downtown Houston,Texas.
Owned by Houston Pennzoil Place, L.P and opened in 1975, it was designed by renowned architects Phillip Johnson and John Burgee, and is considered one of the best examples of the "Postmodern" style of building architecture. The unique trapezoidal silhouette shape of its twin towers (which appear as one tower) makes it a recognizable structure in Houston's Central Business District.
