Volcan de San Salvador (El Boqueron) (Colón)

El Salvador / La Libertad / Nueva San Salvador / Colón
This is the remains of a volcano once known as the Light House of Central America. This volcano was constantly active, and sailors were able to navigate by it's light.

  • That's not right. The last time Boqueron erupted was 1917 (if I recall correctly). The Faro del Pacifico is the Izalco Volcano in western El Salvador
