1829 home of Mikhail Ryabushinsky, which was on lands that originally belonged to the church. In 1846 Mikhail Yakovlevich Ryabushinsky (1786-1858) established a small cotton mill on the site, which in 1865 passed to others. Then in 1895 they gifted the building to the Imperial Philanthropic society, which opened on this site a refuge for the widows and orphans of merchants and small landowners.
