Conlen is an unincorporated community in Dallam County, Texas, United States. The population was 69 at the 2000 census.
The community was established in 1903 with the arrival of the Chicago, Rock Island and Gulf Railroad, and was named for Captain J. H. Conlen. Conlen, a Spanish-American War veteran, supervised the construction of the rail line through Dallam, Sherman, and Hartley counties.
