If a worker teaches and trains the believers to depend on the Holy Spirit then the believers learn to start depending on the Holy Spirit.

A believer who has learnt to depend on the Holy Spirit will not depend on pastors wholly for spiritual food and encouragement.

However, what happens currently is that believers depend on workers and their Sunday morning sermons and bible studies. The believers find it very difficult to receive the spiritual food from the Holy Spirit directly as per 1 John 2:27.

It is this dependency on workers that has become very easy for satan to deceive the believers with false doctrines. All satan has to do is to induce false doctrines in the mind of the worker. Then when the worker starts to preach that false doctrine all the worker-dependent believers believe that false doctrine to be a word from God.

The next question is how do false doctrines enter the mind of workers? Workers who call themselves as full time pastors start focusing on believers for money and not on God. They start to feel insecure because they do not have a job of their own as Paul the apostle did.

They pretend not to ask for money openly but in their hearts, they start lusting for the tithe money of the believers. They also cover up their lust for money by dressing themselves in white clothing displaying a false humility.

Once they have started focusing on money in their hearts they start to cling on to the believer. How do they do that? They do that by making the believers to cling on to them.

How do they make the believers to cling on to them? By doing the following:

1. By preaching that they are melchizedek priests unbiblically and as to how great their calling is.
2. By preaching about the great sacrifices they did to become a pastor.
3. By preaching about their greatness of being a celibate worker.
4. By speaking ill of other denominations.
5. By creating a set of false doctrines just to show themselves to be superior.

Thus, instead of glorifying Christ they have ended up glorifying themselves just to enslave the believers to themselves. All for money!!
