Estate home designed c. 1918 by Harrie T. Lindeberg for John S. Pillsbury, it was listed for sale in 2009 for $53,000,000. What makes it exceptionally notable is the size of the property: nearly 13 acres (12.91 GIS). Yes, that's Pillsbury as in the bread --they made their fortune in the mills alongside the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis
