Harbour Island - Once home to a thriving shopping area and small residences, connected to downtown by a monorail. The monorail has since been removed, and only one plaza remains with a waterfront restaurant on the northwest tip. The remainder of the island contains gated condominiums of various heights. Most of the island is devoid of trees or native plants taller than a story or two, and is almost entirely seasonal/residential.
