Formerly JUSMAG, the mixed-use 34.5-hectare lot (35.5 total but 1 hectare is reserved for the widening of Lawton Avenue) is a joint-venture development of Megaworld Corporation and BCDA or the Philippine military Bases Conversion and Development Authority as part of it's asset disposition program.

The McKinley West Village, considered an extension of McKinley Hill, will consist of office and commercial spaces, residential condominiums, and a gated residential village.

Area allotments:
20.76 hectares buildable for saleable area
2.02 hectares for recreation/open space
0.62 hectare for utilities
1.05 hectares for reserved access lots (inside mckinley hill west)
0.97 hectare for widening of Lawton Avenue, initially to six lanes, then finally to a total of 8 lanes - 4 lanes for each direction.
