Soon to become a grand development in the south of Manila is the 1,000-hectare Eton City in Sta. Rosa and Cabuyao, Laguna. Capitalizing on Laguna’s progressive industrial enclaves, this mega-township project will host several integrated communities ranging from exclusive house-and-lot enclaves to mid-rise and high-rise residential towers.

Various commercial developments - including a hotel, institutions like the University of Sto. Tomas and the University of the East (UE) School and Hospital will complete the mini-city. Leisure-retirement projects will also rise in the mega-township to take advantage of its proximity to Tagaytay and the leisure attractions of Laguna and Cavite.

The mega-township starts at the entrance of the current ABI-Greenfields Interchange in Cabuyao, which will soon be renamed Eton City Interchange.
