Lambarte (Misa) was the silo complex (Dvina) of the 307th. Regiment of the 29th. Missile Division.

The 307th. also deployed two surface launch pad complexes close to Jelgava (Zalite).

The Jelgava bases base was deployed with R-12 (SS-4) Missiles.

The 29th. RVSN Division was headquartered in Siuliai, Lithuania. It was also deployed at Paplaka, Plunge (Plokstine), Dobele and Priekule.

The 29th. Division was part of the 50th Missile Army.
