Fresno neighborhood planned to be fully developed by 2025. This area covers over 14 square miles and will eventually house over 55,000 residents. Construction is underway on highway 180 to curve south east to service the new neighborhood and eventually connect to Sanger. Sometime in the near future, Temperance will be widened to become an expressway, like Herndon.
