Site of a former estate located in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia which was built by the merchant Henry Pratt. It was originally part of founding father and Declaration of Independence signer, Robert Morris's 300-acre estate, The Hills, Pratt purchased 43 acres (17 ha) at a sheriff's sale for $14,654 in 1799.
