Built by Mr Myneni Venkata Ramaiah alias Shaukar in 1941 after the village migrated West of the West Bank canal.Built with lime and brick with teak suport beams it is an imposing structure with considerbale land in front and behind. Mrs Sarala Ranga rao stays with eldest son Shaukar(Rama Rao) who runs the affairs of the estate.
